Here's a special announcement for Elkhart Central Students:

 

  No-Fine No-Vember

 

During the month of November, the Elkhart Central Media Center will be accepting 1 can of food (or 1 box of non-perishable food) for each dollar you owe in late fees.  For example, if you owe $2.78, you may turn in 3 cans of food instead of the cash you owe.  Change will not be given; all amounts will be rounded up for this special promotion.  At the end of the month, the food will be donated to the food pantry at Church Community Services.  Pitch in to put an end to hunger and pay off your fines at the same time.  If you don't owe any money,  just pitch in to do a good deed -- bring food from your family, friends, and neighbors in order to help out those in need.
